We used Matt to buy our current home and sell our previous one. We can honestly say that we would not want to go through this process with anyone else. Every concern, every worry, every question... he handled. There was never an instance that he didn't address our questions or concerns in the most timeliness of manner.
Having been in the business for years he has an extensive list of local excellent service providers which they have carefully prescreened to insure that you will get the best services from home inspectors to mortgage agents. Every service provider that he recommended we used and they were simply great. And as far as selling our home Matt is worth every penny and then some.
